The history of the factory dates back to 1898 when nail manufacturing was started in Tallinn.
In 1969, after many corporate mergers with other metal workshops over some years, the industrial enterprise Vasar was founded;
the birth of trademark VASAR belongs to same period.
Wire, aluminium and enamel saucepans, gardening tools,
lawn mowers, safety belts, car locks, window shutters and door locks are some of products manufactured at different times.
The profile of the enterprise has been changed substantially. Primary attentions focused on the development of two areas: zinc and aluminium alloy casting (pressure diecasting), galvanic covering of metals (zinc, copper, nickel, chromium, tin, aluminium chromatizing).
To offer clients more complete solutions it is also possible to carry out powder painting, stamping and welding, vibroprossesing and hand polishing operations. | |
